Performer Academy Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in the Performer Academy, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Account Access & Performer Enrollment: Upon enrollment, company owners will receive a private onboarding email including a unique discount link to distribute to their performers. This link allows your performers to create their own individual login at no additional cost to them. All performers must use your assigned link to gain access to the Academy content.
Included Access: Your monthly membership fee covers access for your entire active performance team, with no additional per-performer fees. Access is limited to performers who are currently affiliated with your company, and may not be shared outside your team.
Content Use & Restrictions: All materials, video lessons, downloads, and coaching call content within the Performer Academy are for educational purposes only. Reproduction, redistribution, or resale of any Academy content is strictly prohibited without express written consent from Bippity LLC.
Performance Activity Monitoring: For quality assurance and platform integrity, Bippity reserves the right to monitor usage and activity across all performer accounts. This includes lesson completion data, login frequency, and participation in group coaching calls. Any misuse of access, including account sharing, will result in immediate suspension of that performer’s account.
Monthly Coaching & Continuing Education:
Your membership includes access to live monthly performer coaching calls and ongoing monthly classes. Performer attendance is encouraged but not mandatory. Recordings may be made available at Bippity’s discretion.
Billing & Cancellation:
Your Performer Academy membership is billed monthly to the payment method provided at checkout. You may cancel at any time by emailing [email protected]. Access for all linked performer accounts will terminate at the end of your billing cycle upon cancellation.
Early Bird Pricing Terms: Founding companies who join before October 1st will lock in a $49/month rate for the lifetime of their uninterrupted membership. Any lapse in payment or cancellation will result in forfeiture of this rate and future re-enrollment will be at the current pricing tier.
