Elle started her company in high school.
Yes, high school. Since then, she’s become one of the most respected, value-driven leaders in the character entertainment world, not because she tried to “own” her performers, but because she believes in them.

She credits her strong ethical foundation to her incredibly supportive mother and her late stepfather, whose presence still shapes the way she shows up every day, with strength, compassion, and integrity.

Elle doesn’t run her company with a scarcity mindset. She encourages her performers to take opportunities outside of her company, trusting them to represent any brand with professionalism and joy. She leads with mentorship, not control. She cheers for growth, not ownership.
