I never thought I’d start a global platform because of betrayal. But that’s exactly what happened.

At the time, I had a branch manager working under me, someone I trusted deeply. She was charismatic, talented, and I believed in her. Until I discovered she had been stealing my leads, performers, and existing clients while secretly building her own company behind my back.

She deleted all traces of communication, emails, call logs, everything. When I confronted the situation, her husband verbally attacked me, telling me I was a horrible person who deserved it. The worst part? I had only ever been kind and supportive.

It shattered me.

But from that destruction, something new was born: a mission. I realized the industry didn’t just need better systems. It needed better community. It needed education, ethics, and unity.
